Sara Walsh (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersections of traditional needlework, contemporary technology, and gender.

With a lifelong background in sewing, Sara’s artistic foundation is rooted in traditional skills passed down through generations. Blending this with her professional experiences in tech and drawing inspiration from science and space exploration, her work examines the dialogue between the handmade and the high-tech, reflecting an ongoing inquiry into how tradition and innovation coexist.

Sara’s work has been exhibited at various group shows for more than 15 years. She's also a contributing artist to Art-o-mat, an international project that repurposes vintage cigarette machines to dispense small, affordable works of art.
